Dr. Shannon Parish

Principal Consultant

Dr. Shannon Parish is the Principal Consultant at Choice Consulting International, Incorporated (CCI). CCI is a consulting firm with over 18 years of experience, which includes educational administration and corporate leader development. CCI is committed to transforming good organizations to great ones, by training and developing global leaders to perform with agility and proficiency. Academically, Dr. Parish is well versed. After earning a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Criminal Justice from Prairie View A&M University, she completed a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from Prairie View A&M University as well. She completed her Doctorate of Strategic Leadership with a focus in Foresight and Global Consulting from Regent University in 2017. Dr. Parish provides organizations with cultural analysis, strategic-planning, performance, project and change management, human capital refinement, succession planning, foresight and more. CCI is committed to aligning solutions to meet the need of their clients, partnering with them every step of the way. Trinity Lawrence

Implementation Consultant

 Implementation Consultant, trusted advisor combining configuration and business expertise to guide our customers through the process of software implementation to achieve value through improved digital selling capabilities. With a B.A. in Management Information System, she has experience with technical tools/languages: JavaScript, SQL, Linux, XML, or others,building and analyzing datasets, knowledge of ERP and CRM concepts, and understanding of Pricing Management. She configures software to meet customer requirements in accordance with solution designs and other best practices – this involves translating non-technical requirements into technical configuration steps, troubleshooting issues, and testing configuration.

Stephen G. Parish

CFO

CCI’s Chief Financial Officer, is our Financier with over 18 years of experience in corporate accounting, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Stephen ensures we connect with our clientele and provide them with the optimal service experience. He’s an adaptable and customer-focused financial leader with expertise in Salesforce and CRM. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and expertise in smartsheets and financial reporting software CCI customers are in great hands.
